Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Myco Forge. We aim to provide high-quality mushroom cultivation supplies and excellent customer service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unusedin the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Perishable items such as live cultures, spawn, or grow kits are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • We Charge a 20% restocking fee for items that have been returned, (we may waiver this charge at our own discretion)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sterile products that have been opened.
  • Custom or made-to-order items.
  • Digital products/downloads (if offered).
  • Perishable items, including:
  • Mushroom spawn
  • Liquid cultures
  • Pre-inoculated kits

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, contaminated, or otherwise faulty:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos and a brief description of the issue.
  • We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items.

How to Start a Return

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if applicable

We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
