Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Myco Forge. We aim to provide high-quality mushroom cultivation supplies and excellent customer service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Perishable items such as live cultures, spawn, or grow kits are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- We Charge a 20% restocking fee for items that have been returned, (we may waiver this charge at our own discretion)
Non-Returnable Items
- Sterile products that have been opened.
- Custom or made-to-order items.
- Digital products/downloads (if offered).
- Perishable items, including:
- Mushroom spawn
- Liquid cultures
- Pre-inoculated kits
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, contaminated, or otherwise faulty:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos and a brief description of the issue.
- We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items.

- Reason for return
- Photos if applicable
