Shipping policy

At Myco Forge, we aim to get your mushroom cultivation supplies to you quickly, safely, and in top condition. Below are the details of our shipping process.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders containing sterile or perishable items (e.g. spawn, cultures) may require 2 extra day's for quality checks.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.(unless we are feeing extra nice)

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times:
  • UK Standard: 2–4 business days
  • UK Express: 1–2 business days
  • International (if offered): 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to postal service issues, weather, or high demand.

Free Shipping

  • Free UK shipping on orders over £80.
  • Some bulky or heavy items may be excluded from free shipping.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order has been dispatched.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking links to become active.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the UK. International shipping may be available on request.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes. (but may do exceptions so please ask)
  • We are now trailing collection lockers and may restrict/refuse this option, we will contact you if we need to change your shipping address (refusal to provide will cancel your order)

Live/Perishable Items

  • Orders containing live cultures or spawn are shipped ASAP usually early in the week (Mon–Wed) to reduce transit time.(there may be a delay in dispatch if we feel the item may not arrive intime and we will aim to have the product with you ASAP)
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
  • If your package is lost or delayed, let us know and we’ll investigate with the courier.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect shipping addresses or courier issues.

Address Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • If you make a mistake, contact us immediately. Once shipped, we can’t change the delivery address.
